What is Assisted Stretching?

Assisted stretching or active stretch therapy is a science-backed, hands-on flexibility training method led by a certified stretch specialist and personal trainer.  Unlike stretching on your own, this guided approach ensures more effective, deeper muscle engagement through different techniques.
Static Stretching:Holding specific positions to lengthen muscles and increase flexibility. 
Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF): A research-backed method combining stretching with muscle contraction to improve range of motion and joint function.
